Structural Foreman – Luxury High-Rise Apartment Project

We are working with an established and highly regarded developer builder who are looking to bring on an experienced Structural Foreman for a luxury high-rise apartment project on the southern end of the Gold Coast.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing site team delivering premium large-scale projects with strong systems, solid subcontractor relationships and genuine long-term stability. The business has an excellent reputation locally, a proven track record across the Gold Coast and a strong pipeline of upcoming work.

The Role:
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee the structural package from groundworks through to structure completion, managing trades, programme, safety and day-to-day site coordination.

You will be joining a builder known for delivering high-quality projects, maintaining strong site cultures and retaining good people long term.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman / Structures Foreman on commercial or high-rise projects
• Strong understanding of concrete structures and sequencing
• Ability to drive programme while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Stable employment history with reputable builders preferred
